We started our day by heading to the Dachau Memorial Site. A guide took us around the camp for a tour about the history of Dachau. It was a very somber experience seeing the concentration camp and picturing all the horrible things that happened where we were standing. The entire time everyone was extremely quiet, and the tour was very thought provoking.
After our visit, we had lunch outside the bus, which consisted of sandwiches and pretzels. Then we headed back to Augsburg and I went to the university to work on my project with my team for a couple of hours. When we finished working on our project for the night, I had dinner at one of the restaurants on campus before heading back to the hotel for the night. Tomorrow we have an early morning, as we are heading back to Munich to BMW World and the BMW museum.
