Hey Everyone! My name is Jason Kijowski and I am from Freeport, Pennsylvania, about 30 minutes northeast of Pittsburgh. I am finishing my freshman year at The University of Pittsburgh double majoring in Business Information Systems and Finance with a minor in Computer Science or Supply chain management. On campus I am part of Panther Equity as well as LEAP and plan on joining a Professional Business Fraternity first semester sophomore year. In my free time you can find me at the gym lifting weights, playing basketball or hanging out with friends.
I have chosen to go on the Plus3 Cyprus trip. When I first heard about Plus3 I was immediately intrigued. I loved the idea of travelling internationally. Growing up throughout the years, I have travelled all over the United States hitting 46 out of the 50 states. While on these trips my parents have made it important to understand the history of the places we were travelling in and made it apparent to learn something during these trips. I thought that this was a great opportunity to learn more about Supply Chain Management since I am considering it as a possible minor. Professionally, I hope to gain a better grasp on international business as well as make some friendships and connections that will last throughout my years at The University of Pittsburgh.
