Hello, my name is Sarah Kaufmann. I attend the University of Pittsburgh and I am majoring in accounting and business information systems. I am a transfer student, after high school graduation I went to Duquesne University also here in Pittsburgh. I studied there for about a year and then transferred to the University of Pittsburgh in the Dietrich School of Arts & Sciences where I studied in that school for about another year till finally I was accepted into the College of Business Administration here at Pitt. I am really excited about this Plus3 Ireland opportunity, I look forward to taking advantage of all the opportunities offered to me with this program and learning everything I can. I chose this international program specifically because it is offered to only transfer students like me so I can meet other transfer students in similar situations to mine and because it offers business and technology which is similar to my majors. During this experience I wish to push myself academically and to not only experience a new culture but to also put my focus into learning outside perspectives from the US. My goal is to gain knowledge that I can take with me and put towards professional jobs and experiences I may have in the future.
