Hey everyone! My name is Max Christopher. I am 19 years old and from North Huntington, PA. I am majoring in supply-chain management and marketing, with a minor in film studies. I am passionate about filmmaking and hoping to take that to the next level through the feature film I’m working on, which is currently in pre-production. This summer, I’m looking at a few internships, all surrounding marketing and film production.
In high school, I ran cross country and track, and running is still a very big part of my life. I am currently training for a marathon, which I’ll be running the weekend after finals. In my free time, I like to spend time with friends, watch movies, bike, and travel.
I am traveling to Costa Rica for the Plus3 program. This specific location interested me for a number of reasons. Not only does it pertain heavily to supply-chain, which is one of my majors, but I’m an avid coffee drinker as well. I am really looking to this trip as not only a great way to kick off the summer, but also as an opportunity to travel, learn about the production process for coffee and bananas, as well as taking some great pictures and videos! I see this as a great opportunity and jumping off point for my continued goal of traveling as many places as I can, and to get a taste of a full semester abroad.
