Originally we were supposed to travel by train Ulm today, however due to train maintenance we changed our plans. We walked from the hotel to Augsburg Main Station to hop on our first train ride in Germany. When we first arrived we discussed some of the history of the town and interesting parts to explore while there. The prison that housed Hitler for some time was on the outskirts of this town and is still a functioning facility today.
Overall, it was a fun and relaxed day spent exploring more of the beautiful country of Germany. It was nice to have a bit of a slower paced day after the fully packed days so far. Also, it is cool how easy the train system is to use for travel.
