Our two hour bus ride to Regensburg was worth the trip. I felt like the town was very similar to Augsburg based on the way it looked and felt. We met with our tour guide and had a two hour tour of the city. To be honest, the tour guide kept dragging it out and talked for probably longer than she needed to but still very informational. I got some good Italian pizza for lunch with some gelato for dessert. I’ve really enjoyed the food I had so far in Germany.
We hit the road again and visited Walhalla. Walhalla reminded me of things I would see in movies. Overlooking miles and miles of Germany, Walhalla had an eye-captivating structure and interior. The heads of Einstein, Ludwig, Mozart and others were spread on the walls. The building was powerful and provided great views.
The trip is winding down and we have one more day left. This is when we will be going to Salzburg, Austria.
