Hello! My name is Aiden Chinwalla, and I am a first-year student in the Swanson School of Engineering and the Honors College at the University of Pittsburgh. I am majoring in biomedical engineering and currently pursuing the cellular engineering track.
At Pitt, I am involved in prosthetics research and recently completed my first patent. This summer, I plan to work at Comcast as a First Robotics Intern. A few fun facts about me: I have played classical guitar for about nine years, and I love playing all kinds of games. (I would love to play any card games on the plane!)
I’m so excited for the opportunity to study abroad! Bilbao seems like an incredible place to enjoy amazing food and explore, and I can’t wait to learn about healthcare technologies around the world. As someone currently researching healthcare technology, getting firsthand experience with the commercial aspects will help me improve the work I am doing.
I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone and making the most of this experience! I’m excited to learn, explore, and have fun along the way. I can’t wait to see what adventures await us in Bilbao!
