Hello! My name is James Cerauli, and I am from Doylestown, Pennsylvania. I have an older brother who lives in Los Angeles and a collie named Chloe. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, going to the gym, and watching sports (go birds). This summer, in addition to Plus3, I’m looking forward to going to Alaska and going to the beach.
I just finished my first year in the School of Business Administration at Pitt, where I am studying accounting. This past year, I was in the Undergraduate Finance Club where I gained valuable advice from various people in the business field. This summer, I will be working at a clothing distribution warehouse and reffing youth soccer games.
This summer, I’m traveling to Ecuador and I couldn’t be more excited. I chose this program because I wanted to step out of the classroom and get hands-on experience in the global business world. Also, I love chocolate!
I’m hoping to come back with a new perspective on culture, business, and how those things work together. Whether it’s learning how supply chains work or just figuring out how to navigate a new country, I know this experience will help me grow personally, academically, and professionally. I can’t wait to make lifelong memories in Ecuador!
