Sky-High Seoul & Sizzling Bibimbap

Today, we began with a late start of noon, much needed after the past few early mornings. So, a couple of us went to a yummy cafe that was just a short walk away from the hotel for breakfast. I had a freshly baked bagel with cream cheese and a grape ade, both of which were a nice break from the traditional Korean meals we’ve been enjoying all week. Our day then began to pick up at noon, when we met up to go to the Seoul tower. The tower allows us to look over the entire city as it is on Namsan mountain. It had great views of the Seoul skyline and great food that we got to enjoy for a couple of hours. We visited the souvenir shop and a cafe in the tower where I got another ade, this time orange. We then headed to our cooking class!! This was so much fun and we got to cook up some bibimbap. Our bibimbap was made up of carrots, onions, chives, beef, egg, mushrooms, lettuce, and rice. It was delicious and we all got certificates from the cooking class, making it even more memorable. We took the subway back to the hotel and rested for the rest of the night as the past week has exhausted us. This relaxing day has been a great way to recharge for the coming week.
