The day started late for me since I didn’t go on the optional hike that began at 6:30 a.m. I decided it would be better to catch up on sleep. So, my day really began around 12 p.m., when we made our way to Namsan Tower. The view was amazing. Jinny pointed out well-known buildings like the Shilla, a very nice hotel where celebrities and even U.S. presidents stay.
After taking in the view, we went inside the tower and visited a few observation points to get a better look. We could even see the Blue House, which we had toured earlier on this trip—so that was cool to spot from above.
After enjoying the views, we got some food inside the tower. I went to Mom’s Touch with a group and had a bulgogi burger with fries—it tasted really good.

After we ate, we walked down the hill to catch the bus to the cooking class. Since we had some extra time before it started, we visited the Royal Palace Museum. There were some places to sit outside, so we relaxed there for about 30 minutes before heading to the cooking class.
At the cooking class, we made Bibimbap, which consisted of rice, onions, carrots, chives, mushrooms, egg, and beef. We plated the meal using contrasting colors, and then we mixed it all together.

After the cooking class, we went back to the hotel and rested in bed for a little while. Still feeling hungry, Aaron and I went to Burger King to get some food. Then we returned to the hotel and went to bed.
