Today was our designated free day, which many capitalized on to use to travel. For me personally, I slept in/did laundry, how exciting. I am traveling throughout other parts of Europe for the immediate two weeks after this, so preparing for that was on the top of my priorities today, rather than traveling. I will be in Munich for four days, and Rome for six. I look forward to exploring Germany further, as well as comparing Italian and German cultures/norms. However, I am most excited to see if Munich can redeem itself to me, as I stated in my previous blogs, my “underwhelming” first impression of the city. Hopefully that changes!
Following the completion of my chores, I played some pool with a few of the German students and then said our bittersweet goodbyes. Going to miss them. Shoutout to Joni and Jonas, it was so fun spending time with them.
