One thing I experienced today that I think had an impact on my future was the visit to the University of Nicosia’s Athens campus. Seeing all the different technology put into the building and all of the progress actively being made inspired me because of how dedicated the University is to education, research, and sustainability. The amount of information the CEO of the university, Antonis Palemitis, was ready and excited to share with us reminded me how important it is that the person in charge of the department is passionate and dedicated to helping others.
