Steel

They had this amazing probiotic at the Korean breakfast. I was unsure about it at first, but Dr. Yun told me to try it because girls my age like it. It was not only delicious but has 100s of probiotics in it. I felt healthier.

It was another say to Postech and Posco. Postech is the college we went to yesterday. We got another tour of the hang out spots on campus. The campus was so beautiful. It had a cat mascot, who was adorable. They had a really cute place with record players and records. It is in the cover photo. There was a giant chess board too and a peg board. I had gimbap for the first time, which I have been meaning to try. It was so good I wish we had them in America. I got more banana milk as well, which I already know I love.

The lunch was another thing on campus. It was delicious chicken and mayo- as shown below.

After that we went to Posco, the company that founded the school. It is a company that makes steel. They had this amazing projector show about the origins of steel. It was interactive and fun. Then we went into another projection room that had a display of a factory and lights that were projected onto it to display what was happening.

After we took a tour through the steel factory. It was so cool to watch steel be manufactured. You could feel the heat on your face from so far away as it was moving on the conveyer belt. I am still confused how something that hot does not melt everything around it. Maybe I’ll find out one day.

Later that night I thought I would go back to the beach as it is our last day in Pohang. At this point in the trip we were all craving a burger so we went to McDonalds… IT’S OKAY THOUGH because we got stuff off of the Korean menu. We got the Bulgogi burger. It was terrible do not recommend. We also got a fried fish burger that was not so bad. We ate our burgers on the beach and went to bed shortly after.
