Today was a traveling day. We packed up all of our things and headed on the bus to Florence. When we got there, I was surprised at how different it was from Milan. There were so many tourists, and the streets were very crowded. I’m not a huge fan of busy cities, so it will definitely take some time to get used to being surrounded by so many people.

Then, we went on a tour of an art museum, the Uffizi Gallery. It was very interesting to see all of the artwork from the Renaissance period! From the windows in the museum, we were able to see some great views of the city. After the tour, we got dinner at an Italian restaurant. We had a pasta dish followed by the meat dish which was pork. I can’t wait to explore more of Florence!
