Today we had our free day in Paphos. We started the day with a nice breakfast at the hotel, then we went down to the beach for the majority of the day. Then we rushed to lunch and then to the bus to head back to Nicosia.

At the beach we played volleyball with people from the Cyprus 1 and the Cyprus 2 group. We also swam in the water which was slightly cold. We tried to play volleyball with what started out as three people. Then a few people from our counterpart, Cyprus 1 joined in. After this, they all started filing in. We eventually had a circle of around 15 people. We tried to get a volley going without much luck at first. Our goal was to get a volley with 25 hits by the time we had to leave. After a lot of failed attempts, we finally got up to 15.

Then we started to lose hope, as that round of 15 seemed like it was a fluke. Then finally we all came together to get a volley of exactly 25. We were content with this and took a picture of everyone who was the beach.

We then rushed to lunch where we almost missed our food. The service was slower than we were expecting, but it worked out in the end.

Finally, we came back to Nicosia where most of us probably fell asleep after the long day.
