Day 7 in Munich

Today we went to Munich. It felt way different than Augsburg does. Munich is a much more commercial city than Augsburg and is way more crowded. It felt similar to New York city, but without the skyscrapers, and was cleaner. It was very dense with people and places to spend money. There was an FC Bayern Munich game today, so it was especially active and crazy. We took the train to and from Munich and it was cool because it was more on time and quick than American trains. Munich had a lot of historical buildings, although many had to be rebuilt because they didn’t survive World War 2. We went up a historical clock tower and could see the entire city. I wish water was free like in America because at restaurants it can get very expensive. We spent all day walking around and visiting shops and places to get food. I went to a traditional brewhouse and had a massive pretzel, and it was very good.

A train similar to the one we took:
