Today was a pretty cool day. We took the train to Ulm to get a tour of the city. Once we arrived we were greeted with the largest steeple church in the world. It was quite the sight to see but it reminded me of a building I was a little more familiar with, the Cathedral of Learning (Cathy). First we got a tour of the inside and it was absolutely beautiful.
We continued on the tour passing by many buildings. One building they called the leaning tower of Ulm, I thought that was pretty funny when I saw it. We also saw the crooked hotel that was leaning over a river which was very cool. I thought all the buildings in Ulm were beautiful because they had the classic European look to them. After we took on the task of climbing up around 400 steps of the steeple church. I thought it would be easy but boy was I wrong. It was a very skinny spiral stair case so it felt like it was taking forever. Nevertheless we made it to the top and it gave us a gorgeous view of Ulm.

Last thing on the agenda in Ulm was lunch. We went to L’Osteria where Niko recommended the pizza to us. He told me the one with eggs on it was good so I decided to try that while there. The pizza was very very tasty, but was absolutely massive.
Today was a great day I had a lot of fun learning all about the history of Ulm and looking at all the different buildings! Looking forward to Neuschwanstein tomorrow!
