I have felt more comfortable in Prague than I would have expected. It was said that the majority of people in the city would speak English, but I did not believe it would be to this extent. Every person I have had an encounter with has spoken perfect English. Even more surprisingly, many of the signs here have been in english. It is typically easy to identify building and different landmarks.

Street signs have been an issue for me. All the names are in Czech as you would expect but that makes them hard to remember or recognize. All the names are unfamiliar and foreign to me quickly fleeting from my memory. Maps make navigation doable, but I am hoping to get around primarily using landmarks as we near the end of the trip. Memorizing specific buildings and their relative locations should make things reasonable.
