Today we had a lecture from the founder of TalentHub, Ellie Doyle. She spoke with us about the future of job seeking, and how you can leverage your personal brand. I really enjoyed her lecture, specifically the end when she spoke about the fact that you do not need to be a “perfect” candidate in order to be successful. Hearing her say this was a breath of fresh air as I do believe that sometimes we get caught up in the competitive nature of the business school.
My strongest competencies are that I am a good listener and that I work well with others. These competencies will help me in the future as I will be able to work with colleagues effectively and efficiently.
I believe that I am known for being a bubbly and outgoing person. I am someone who loves adventures and seeing new things. I look out for the small things in life such as a pretty sky.
