Today we explored Český Krumlov, which was well worth the drive outside of Prague. It was amazing how historical this village was. There were many small shops and restaurants. The castle was so impressive. I really enjoyed touring the grounds and learning more about how it was established. The drive to the town was also really pleasant and allowed me to the view the countryside of Czechia.
I wish I had more time here to explore the customs of Czechia, but in such a short time here I have been able to pick up a few and really appreciate them. I really like the obvious national pride many citizens have. It has been a pleasure learning about the country from people who truly love it here. It has made learning the history and traditions happen so passively. Listening to Czech people talk about their home is something I could never get tired of.
