Today we visited the Cliffs of Moher and the town of Galway. Moher had beautiful sights and authentic Irish shopping locations. I finally indulged in a claudaugh ring to continue my family tradition. There were hundreds of tourists at this location. Not only were there many tourist buses but also the hum of many different languages and tongues. This not only boosts the meaning of Irish culture but also gives small shops like the one i bought my ring in the ability to survive/thrive.

Galway was a very similar town to Kilkenny. There were many shops and various food/beverage locations. One major difference of this location was the prominent harbor. This allows trade and the delicious seafood! Galway had many chain department stores and tourism shops. I believe this adaption to the town supports the small local economy and encourages the continuation of tourism. I saw the impact of cultures in Galway with the different types of food and product.

If I was given the job of making a sales pitch for Ireland I would approach it very strategically. One major value of the Irish business culture are relationships. It is most important to create networks through quality time rather than through professional engagement. In addition, Ireland values their ability to attract other cultures and add it to their local communities. New cultures coming in means more tourism of new places. This will evidently advance the country as a whole.
