The beauty in the details

As my trip in Ireland nears its end, there are a lot of moments to reflect upon. As a group, we have taken part in plenty of tourist activities that were both extremely informative and entertaining at the same time. The combination of these two attributes in the excursions we went on has created an enriching trip that will live in my mind for many years to come. I believe that it is important that our pursuits not be only hedonistic in nature, but provide some sense of education as well, especially in a country such as Ireland. Walking the streets that so many important events took place on without acknowledging them is a huge loss in my eyes. With this in mind, I am obliged to all of the educators that accompanied us on this journey, since without them, I would not have such a deep connection to the events that took place along this past week. With the knowledge I now possess, I closely relate Irish culture with resilience and fortitude. Not only this, but their acceptance of cultures from all around the world provides space for ideas to be shared and view points to be challenged, which in the end only leads to a better country overall. If it were up to me to entice others to travel to this country, I would make a point to highlight all of the above as this country has proven that it has so much to offer for tourists, businesses, and fellow countrymen alike.
