I think AI can be both a negative and positive. As we have heard from many of the company visits, AI can be extremely helpful to employees as it saves them time from doing mundane tasks. However, AI takes away any personal aspect of work and therefore can take away creativity. 

A company culture is how the workers all interact with each other. Are the office spaces closed off or open to collaboration. Are coworkers friends with each other and go out for lunch? How do people react when a mistake is made? The answer to those questions determine a company’s culture. A company’s culture is also determined by what the company’s values are and their mission. 

Out of all the companies we have visited so far, Thinkhouse would have to be my favorite. To my observation, It was the most relaxed environment of them all. I liked how the employees all worked together in a communal space. In my opinion, Google and Microsoft were too serious and corporate. Even though in Google there were pool tables and fun room designs, they probably live in their offices and have no work life balance.
