Our last day in Cyprus, or at least our last day of the trip since we were in Cyprus from 4ish hours until our flight left. All of our flights went smoothly, and practically nothing was delayed. Now, I can’t connect this to the supply chain like most shipping companies we visited airports have implemented digital tools to ensure the flight process is more straightforward for their customers. For example, while we were waiting for customers, as there was a massive line in front of us, a couple of the group members realized that we could download the mobile app for customs to skip the line. This worked perfectly, and we enjoyed cutting the long customs line. Why this app was not advertised better is a question for another time. The point is the airport implemented digitalization to cater to its customers.
