About Me
Hi there! My name is Hannah, and I am currently a junior at the University of Pittsburgh studying Supply Chain Management with a certificate in Business Analytics and minors in Chinese and Economics. I am involved with Pittsburgh Student Venture Capital on campus, and I am also a Chinese Program Student Ambassador. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy photography, running, and golfing.
This summer, I will be participating in the Plus 3: Germany program and traveling to Augsburg, Germany.
Plus 3: Germany
I am very excited about the opportunity to travel to and learn in Germany this summer. My decision to participate in this program is driven by my belief that global perspectives are essential for a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management. I believe that Germany (known for its precision engineering and leadership in the automobile industry), is a perfect opportunity to expanding my global perspective. For example, visiting German companies (like Audi!) and gaining insights into their operations offers a practical dimension to my academic knowledge. Another really cool aspect is the exposure to international business practices, cultural immersion, and language acquisition.
Through this program, I hope to develop a more international outlook of supply chain, supply chain practices, and company culture . I believe that is crucial to conducting business in this increasingly interconnected world.
