We splitted up into two of the following groups: a factory group and a museum group. Each group would both go to the factory and the museum.
I went on the factory tour first. I was amazed by how big Audis production line was. It was super cool seeing how they could turn a simple piece of metal into a fully functioning car. It was really fascinating seeing how both their automated machines worked and also how the people in the assembly line worked.
I really enjoyed watching the workers in the assembly line put pieces of the cars together from putting on the front bumper to putting on the tires.
The work that the assembly line workers constructed seemed to be very tiring. I was surprised to see everyone in somewhat of a good mood. I was also surprised that none of the workers had headphones or earbuds on. I feel like the majority of people that work in a factory in the US are always listening to their own music.
After the tour of the facility we went to the museum. The museum was really interesting seeing cars created in 1899 to seeing cars created in 2024.

Today’s tour of the factory and facilities really made me realize how much money Audi is really worth. It was super cool being able to see cars created in a matter of minutes.
I will certainly cherish this memory that I had today, and hopefully one day I will be able to purchase an Audi myself.
