Today, we had a late start time so me and my group woke up early to practice our final presentation. We had to make up a business that uses smart systems based off of what we learned on our trip in Korea. My group decided to make an app that will alert pedestrians when they are potentially in a high traffic area to keep them safe from being hit. We found that pedestrians in South Korea are involved in accidents at a rate 3x higher than the average, so we aimed to assist in that problem.
After our practice, we left for our Han River Cruise that was postponed from yesterday. It was actually a very awesome and relaxing to just look out at the city. The view was beautiful. The cruise actually sold dried fish which we were able to hold off of the side of the boat and feed to seagulls directly from our hands. It was a little creepy at first, but it was fun.

After the cruise, we had about an hour before we went to the place where we were presenting, which I spent practicing my slides.
On top of our presentations, each group also had to make a short video of clips we took during our trip. I really enjoyed seeing everybody’s business ideas as well as their videos, some of them were really funny.
After the meeting, we had our final group dinner where we had a bunch of different traditional Korean foods one last time. After dinner, a group of us left to get dessert. We ended up getting bingsu.

This experience has been amazing and I am so glad to have had this opportunity to learn about Korean culture as well as make some new friends.
