Today the whole group went to Salzburg, Austria, and left around 9:40am for a 3-hour train ride. All of the views that we saw were amazing and breathtaking. We first got a bite to eat at a place up on the hill close to the castle and I got the fish of the day with gnocchi. After that, we all decided to take the lift up to the top of the castle to see one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. We got to walk around the castle and take a million pictures that are already posted on Instagram! The view was a surreal experience because we were in a whole other country and the trip was coming to an end. After the castle, we walked around a bit to find souvenirs and then split into different shops. Piper and I were searching for coffee grounds and a good cafe for coffee. Once we found a place, Piper, Femi and I all sat for the last hour before heading back to the train station to Augsburg. Our day ended with great music a cappuccino and a 3-hour train ride. While in town, I tried a massive pretzel and it was one of the best pretzels I have had in a while. I am definitely sad to leave tomorrow but so grateful for the trip I had with everyone.
