We started day 2 pretty early in the morning and headed to the University of Augsburg. While here, we listened to a guest speaker which was really interesting. After this, we worked with our groups on a short presentation about our company, which is Continental. I enjoyed doing this because I got to meet the German students I will be working with. It was nice to meet and interact with everyone. We got lunch at the university, which I will say is definitely better than Pitt food. Then we took a tour of the beautiful campus and another tour of Augsburg. This was led by the German students so we got to hear a new perspective of what they enjoyed about the city. Our last stop of the tour was a brewery where we got to try German (non-alcoholic) beer. The brewery was a very nice place and it was my favorite part of the day. After this, we went to a group dinner at an Italian restaurant which was very good. I enjoyed meeting all the students and being able to hang out with them. I’m looking forward to working with them!
