Today we were able to sleep in because there were no company visits scheduled. Instead of a company visit we had a taekwondo class. We departed from our hotel at 9:40 and caught a bus for the karate class. This was my first time participating in any martial art and it was a great first experience. When we first arrived for the class we were given the full uniform. We were taught basic moves to get the fundamentals of taekwondo down. After we were taught some of the moves we were given the chance to break a piece of wood with a kick.

After taekwondo class was over, we got on the subway to tour city hall. Before we toured city hall, we got lunch at an all you can eat Korean BBQ. They served unlimited pork belly to us and my table ate at least 12 pieces. The restaurant also served a lot of sides so there were different ways to eat the pork. This Korean BBQ was great because even though it was all you can eat it only cost 18,000 won which is a little under $13. After we were done eating, we walked a couple of minutes to Seoul City Hall. It was a very impressive building to look at with unique architecture. We then went on our guided tour. On the tour we learned about the history about the city hall and Korea.

After our tour of city hall, we made our way for Myeongdong. We were given an hour of free time before we had to meet up for dinner. I checked out a couple of souvenir stores but did not buy much. We then met back up for our dinner in Myeongdong. For dinner my table had order bulgogi beef which we cooked. There were also a lot of different sides that we could try with the beef. After our dinner was done, we were given a challenge to find a dessert place. If we found it first Dr. Yun would pay for our dessert there. My group was the first to find it and we won the challenge. After the challenge we headed back to the hotel.
