Today our first stop was at the local flea market in Bilbao, which is a weekly tradition here. It was full of vendors selling vintage items, handmade crafts, and flower bouquets. It was a great spot to find unique gifts for my family back home. After wandering through the market, we stopped for breakfast and coffee at a nearby cafe.

Later in the day, we took a bus ride to San Sebastián. I was looking forward to this visit, and the sunny weather made it even better. We started with a walking tour to see the beautiful city and beaches. Afterwards, a few of us couldn’t resist the ocean and ended up going for a quick swim, clothes and all. It was spontaneous and definitely worth the goofy outfit I had to buy to get out of my wet clothes. We ended the day with ice cream, and by the time we got back to Bilbao I was exhausted.
