Today was such a fun day!
We split into two groups and ventured into the city, which was so exciting. As we explored, Saioa shared some amazing historical facts, and we got to see some beautiful old architecture. Eventually, we made it to the riverside market, which was huge and full of all kinds of food options.

We ended up getting some pintxos and dessert, some of my favorites so far! Later, we headed to our scheduled cooking class, which was one of the highlights of the day. We made our own pintxos, tortilla, and dessert. I had such a great time doing everything myself and assembling it all. I was in charge of making the whipped cream using heavy cream and honey, then charging it with CO₂. It was so cool! The whole cooking class was an amazing experience. We also visited the overlook and took in a beautiful view of the city.

Later in the day, we had dinner, walked around, and explored some more. Each road is starting to feel more familiar now, which is really nice.
