Our morning was dedicated to seeing the Bilbao School of Engineering labs. The progress they have made on their balance machine in such a short amount of time is so impressive. They have determined so much information about the pressure points of different parts of the body and how their research will change the lives of stroke patients. It clearly takes so much of a team in order to accomplish all of this and you can tell these people are working so hard to help others. I’m so glad we had the opportunity to see their entire process and I hope it continues to go well.

In the afternoon, we visited the Hanging Bridge in Bilbao. I’m terrified of heights so this was an experience for me, but I’m glad I made it up there because the view was incredible. The city is so beautiful and I’m glad I have gotten to see so much of it. I am so grateful for this trip and all that I have learned and seen.
