Today, I could feel the trip start to wind down. The first thing we went to was the oil tank culture park. This park stored oil, and we thought we could see inside to see the oil. Sadly, it’s a new company now, and we weren’t given access. So we moved on to our next spot. We went to another company visit, and it was my favorite so far. The place we went to was the Tukdo Water Purification Center, and the company was Arisu. They had a great tour showing us the steps of purification and where the water source was. After the tour, they took us to a little museum they had in the back of the facility. In this museum, we had free time. I went to this one room where there was a little movie playing, and relaxed for 30 minutes, which was perfect. We were then dismissed and had free time for the rest of the day.

For our free time, my group chose to get our projects done. These projects are due tomorrow, and we have to create a company based in Korea. We have used everything we know from the business trips to make a good company. My group worked a couple of hours on this before deciding to get dinner. Dinner was again Korean BBQ, but this time, lamb. It was unique among all of the other BBQs we have had so far. I really enjoyed the marinated lamb, specifically. It was really nice to end the day on a good note with my group, that has worked so hard. We got our project tomorrow, but I’m confident we will do a good job. I’m also happy about a specific part of the project, which was creating a video of our group. In the video, there are a lot of good moments of this trip. I can’t wait to look back at this video in a couple of years and remember Korea. The trip is coming to a close but it was a great day 11 in Seoul.
