Today was our free day and also our last day and it went a little differently than I initially expected. I got home pretty late the night before and had initially planned to go to Innsbruck. After waking up early with some terrible sleep I decided my sleep was more important and texted my friends that I would not be heading with them for the day. I went back to bed and caught up on some much needed sleep which was amazing. After a late wake up I decided to be a little productive showering and getting dressed for the day. After a walk in the city and a phone call with my mom I met up with some of my German friends and had lunch. It was really good and my last chance to eat some German food and ate some chili cheese spaetzle. After a good talk we walked back to the hotel and met up with a couple other friends who also stayed the day in Augsburg. We went down the street and played pool for a little bit which was a nice relaxing activity on a gloom filled rainy day. We finally said goodbye to our German friends one last day which was hard, but I was glad to share the last two weeks with them. Us three then went and got McDonalds and took it back to the hotel to eat together which was nice as well. After a big feast we took some naps and our day was about over. I finally got up finished some work and began packing as we leave Germany tomorrow which was an amazing trip and something I will never forget.
