This is it ! Today is our last day in Bilbao. This is very bittersweet because although we are all excited to go see a new place, I’m definitely going to miss Bilbao. We started off at the school of engineering to visit some more labs. We got to see some more projects that the staff and engineering students work on throughout their time at the school.

After eating lunch at the school we headed over to Getxo so we could see the hanging bridge. Although it seemed scary at first it was actually so cool! You were able to take the elevator up and then walk across it from the very top. After we went back down we were able to take the little car at the bottom that moves you back and forth. It’s definitely something cool to try while being here. The view was beautiful!!

After this experience we went back to the hotel for the night. I started packing up to get ready for our new hotel tomorrow! Then a group of us all walked around looking for souvenirs for our families. Afterwards we went to Surfin Tacos again! That’s definitely what I’m going to miss most about Bilbao. After dinner we all went back to our rooms to pack up and get a good nights rest for our travel day in the morning.
