Hi! My name is Hannah Reilly and I’m a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh, originally from Long Island, New York. I’m studying business with the goal of attending law school after I earn my undergraduate degree, and I’m also working toward a certificate in Public and Professional Writing.

At Pitt, I’m involved in Women in Business, Pitt Business Review, and women in business. Outside of school, I love traveling, reading/writing, and running. In the past I have run half marathons and a goal of mine is to eventually run the major marahons. Being able to travel growing up definitely shaped my perspective and made me more curious about the world.

I’m really excited to be going on the Plus3 Vietnam trip this May. I mainly chose Vietnam because of the sustainability side of it and how the country is growing so quickly while still dealing with environmental and social challenges.The culture and history also made me even more excited about going and added to why I picked it. From what we’ve covered in our pre-departure classes, I’m eager to see firsthand how Vietnam’s economy is developing and how it fits into the broader landscape of global business. I’m also looking forward to collaborating with students at the University of Economics and Finance and getting a genuine sense of what everyday life looks like there.
