My favorite activity of this trip so far was the cooking activity at “Eat With Your Greek Cousin”. It was such a nice way to break up the week from company visits. The host cook was very outgoing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My table and I really enjoyed making our creations and the resulting meal was soooo good! I worked at a Greek-owned ice cream shop where I have made gyros before so making them and tzatziki sauce from scratch was super cool.
