Today we took a day trip to San Sebastián! After an hour long bus ride, we made it to the top of a mountain with a small theme park. The view was so beautiful and unreal. It felt like a scene straight out of a movie. Some people in our group rode one of the rides up there while the rest of us took pictures and explored the shops nearby. After we were done, we got on the bus and drove down into the middle of the town. We went on a short walking tour where we got better bearings of where we were. Mangel, our tour guide, shared with us some important town buildings including a church we went into. She also showed us some shops and places to eat. We followed her recommendations and had some delicious pinxtos and cheesecake! We all tried different cheesecake flavors including strawberry, Oreo, mango, and classic. My favorite was the classic one! It was so good! After this, we used our free time to go souvenir shopping. I ended up getting a new bracelet.

After we were done at San Sebastián, we went to Zumaia. This small beach had intriguing rock formations due to tectonic plates. We got to walk through the small caves it made. Standing on the beach and feeling the wind was so relaxing. We then ended our day with a group dinner. We all accidentally went to the same place! Today was so fun!
