Today we spent our whole day at the University of Austral in downtown Buenos Aires. We learned more about the obras sociales system and how the new government administration the changes affecting how this money gets distributed.  

We then broke for lunch and ate at a cute café near the building. I got a delicious avocado toast and chai tea.
