Universita Cattolica

Today was a very unique day. We started off by traveling to the local private university in Milan, Universita Cattolica. The court yards were very pretty and the building itself was historical. We had a guest lecture from an Italian professor who talked about supply chains in the fashion industry. She also discussed sustainability in the fashion world. It was interesting to learn in an Italian school setting and the modernness of the technology there. We learned about the programs that the university offered for abroad students and I think I will really take that into consideration.

After the lecture, students from the university took us to lunch at their cafeteria. It was way better than market food and the students were very nice. The university was very beautiful and I enjoyed visiting it. Next, we visited the Leonardo Da Vinci Museum. The tour was very interesting! Tomorrow will be a great day at Lake Como!
