Yesterday, we went on a fashion walking tour of Milan. Most of the tour involved touring a high end department store called Excelsior. It was interesting how they laid pieces out not by brand but by style. For example, there was a sporty section as well as an edgy section. Overall, I would have liked to see more on the general tour.
Next up was lunch. We were given risotto so I was happy. I sat with people I don’t normally sit with which led to some interesting conversations. From there, I went with some of them to see the castle as well as the park. I didn’t think much of the castle, but I did thoroughly enjoy the park. We saw a lot of animals including cats, ducks, baby ducks, and turtles. Not going to lie, I was trying to figure out how I could smuggle the cats home. The guys wouldn’t even let me try.

After the park, we went on a search for cannolis. The first place we went was under construction, so we hopped on the metro and went to a partner store. The cannoli was excellent. I did, however, shatter a plate when it dropped off the table. Honestly, I should not have been surprised considering I am extremely clumsy. The rest of the day was spent eating and relaxing.
