After a little less than two days in Gyeongju it was time to move on in our journey to go to our next stop, Ulsan. We had to wake early around 6-6:15 to get packed and ready before we went down to have breakfast and check out of the hotel. Then it was time to get on the bus and go to Ulsan. Before going to the hotel, we were going to have two of our company visits in Ulsan and have lunch. Our first company visit was with Jinsan Marine Management Co. During the company visit with Jinsan, we had the pleasure to have the President of the company present to us about the business and everything that they do. After a long but interesting presentation we went to have a tour of their warehouses and business space where he showed us a lot of their inventory and where they do everything the do. After we finished up at Jinsan Marine Management it was time for lunch. We went to a Korean restaurant that was close to the company and we got some fried rice with meat and were given a little bit of free time before leaving. Then it was time to go to our next company visit with Hyundai Heavy Industries. When we got to Hyundai Heavy Industries we began with a tour of their showroom/museum where we learned about the history of Hyundai Heavy Industries and its owner and saw some displays of their work. After that we got back onto the bus and we got a tour of their port and testing area for the ships, which was amazing to see the size of the ships and everything that they do. That was our last stop of the day so we went to our hotel in Ulsan to check in for the night and relax for a little while. Then some of us went out to explore Ulsan and find somewhere to eat. After eating walking and walking around their shopping area we just went back to the hotel and got some sleep to prepare for the next day.
