Today was a relatively free, but fun, day. We had a late wake up time of 11:00 am, which I of course used to its fullest. I woke up around 9:00 am, took a shower, got breakfast before it closed at 10:00 am, and then just chilled in the room until 11:00 am. Today’s agenda only included a visit to PwC, standing for PricewaterhouseCoopers, a multinational professional services network of firms. Their meeting room was very extravagant, having many cool projectors and even a drink bar for water and food. They also had a great view of the city (in image). We were presented with information about the supply chain of a DIY company, similar to IKEA, called Super Home. It was really great to hear about the supply of an actually company. We were then able to talk to some individuals of the company who were in stations of 3 presenting various business related topics involving blockchain, customer experience, and circular economy. It was great to network with some people that were so involved in supply chain.
After this meeting, I had a large break. We had free time from 2:30 pm to 6:45 pm. I did not do much because I am pretty burnt out from all the meetings and events we have had for the past 2 weeks. I just took a nap and relaxed. At 6:45 pm, we had a farewell dinner. The food was great, but it was also sad that this was our last dinner all together for this trip.
That was all for the day. Tomorrow is our last day in Cyprus, but I still want to make the most of it! cya
