Today was a very interesting day. In the morning we drove towards famagusta and visited the Ghost Town. This was a town that was bombed in 1974 during Turkeys Invasion. The area used to be the most popular and beautiful beach in Cyprus but now there are only destroyed and unused buildings.

After this we went to another old area where we saw many old churches. We got lunch and had free time there and then left for the beach.

Fig Tree Bay was my favorite beach so far. The water was crystal clear and it was a beautiful day. We then left and saw the sea caves and a natural bridge. Everything was gorgeous.
