Despite the information presented on their website, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of exceptional care, organization and support GEC provides to startups. From Investor-Ready Preparation and Access to Finance, to Incubation Space and Community Collaboration Programs, GEC offers a comprehensive range of services that go above and beyond to empower startups to succeed. GEC ensures that their employees are fully engaged and invested in the company. They also go the extra mile to provide opportunities for collaboration between staff members across all of their affiliated companies. This inclusive approach ensures that everyone has an equal chance to work and thrive within any of GEC’s sub-companies.

Having an entrepreneurial mindset means possessing a set of skills and attitudes that are important for starting and running a business. These skills, such as creativity, risk-taking, resilience, adaptability, problem-solving, and communication, can be transferred to other areas and are useful for achieving success in various careers.

I believe I have an entrepreneurial mindset, equipped with the necessary skills to initiate and manage a business successfully. Growing up, my mother’s business was my inspiration, and I gained valuable entrepreneurial skills by working alongside her and participating in fairs. However, I am fully aware that the responsibility of running a company comes with various challenges that require continuous learning and development. Therefore, I am enthusiastic about furthering my knowledge and skills to become a more effective entrepreneur.
