Czech Cuisine

When thinking about my favorite meal in the Czech Republic, one specific meal comes to kind. A few days ago we went to this beautiful restaurant that served traditional Czech food near the famous John Lenon wall. We all ordered fancy raspberry lemonades and for my meal I ordered a pork knee. While it seems very odd, the pork knee was incredible. It was kind of hard to eat because of the bones but the tender meat inside was worth the effort. I would definitely recommend pork knee to anyone. I’ve had so many delicious meals in Prague and have yet to be disappointed by the food I’ve ordered.

Yesterday we went to Kutna Hora for the afternoon and got to tour several beautiful churches. We even got to see the sedlic ossuary which is a church made of bones. It was quite creepy! After Kutna Hora, I went souvenir shopping and went to a catholic mass.
