Hi,

My name is Unique Allen and I am so excited for this opportunity. Studying abroad has been one of my biggest aspirations before I even stepped foot on Pitt’s campus. The study abroad program was actually one of the things that drew me to Pitt when making my final college decision.

I am apart of the College of Business Administration with the focus in Accounting. The Plus 3 program I am apart of is the Plus3 South Korea program. One of the things that drew me to this program specifically is when I was in my Academic and Career Success class last semester and someone in the class recommended picking a place that I would not travel alone. So when I decided that was the main thing that influenced my decision. I am privileged to travel to any location and I am excited to learn about the Smart Systems in South Korea as AI is becoming a central part of our world and will continue to do so as time goes on.

I hope to gain professional connections networking as it is a goal of mine to complete many international internships with the hope to score an international job after graduation.
