On our second day in Augsburg we had a busy day planned which consisted of a lot of fun activities. I was surprised by the breakfast at the hotel in the morning as in the US, I’m used to a sub-par hotel breakfast, however, our hotel’s breakfast was very good and the croissants in specific were amazing. After breakfast, we visiting the University of Augsburg where we met some of the German students and did company introduction presentations. I’m super excited to visit my company, Grob, as I learned a lot more about them today. After the University some of the German students took us on a tour of the city of Augsburg where we visited the famous Dome. It was definitely my favorite part of the trip so far as it was just gorgeous and like nothing I have ever seen before. It was so intricate throughout and the entire building and I was particularly amazed by the windows.
