Day 6: Landsberg day trip

Today was a more relaxed fun day where we got to see a new town called Landsberg. This is where Hitler was imprisoned before WW2 and wrote his autobiography. The town was very pretty and was crowded. We first went to get some coffee at this one coffee shop across from the church where I tried my first Americano. After that, we walked around for the majority of the time and bought souvenirs for friends and family. We did end up going to the natural part of the town where we walked alongside the river. The overall feeling of the town felt older and more authentic than Augsburg due to it not being bombed during the war. Learning about the town and getting to see one more village in Bavaria was something I am very grateful for. I tried something new, it was a kinder hippopotamus and it might be my new favorite kinder candy. Lastly, we returned back and most of us finished the day with some shopping in Augsburg.
